Which is very much not correct. The “Running Jupyter Servers” count is also incorrect, in addition to the credit usage stuff.
Also, I experienced a strange start up (that I now cannot reproduce) where the progress bar just stayed blank, with no messages either. It apparently had started up alright, as when I went back through the console I already had an instance running.
