In the last hour, I’ve tried to start the small instance 3 times and then the medium one as well. All of them fail immediately with the message in this screen shot. Abdu said he can start one, so is this just me?
I just started a small instance and it worked normally, so maybe it is just you

This is because I registered with my nasa.gov email and then realized it would put my access to Fornax behind the NASA VPN (where my email is). So Andrew was kind enough to go in and swap my email to my gmail. That’s probably where it happened.
And yes, it is working now, thanks!
Well, except you told me on 02/03/ that you tested it.

I tested it by logging in. Didn’t occur to me the container launch would be more sensitive.

It would have worked then FWIW - the break was due to a change applied to the feature necessary for providing emails to the Helpdesk emails for users’ on the XL notebooks.
