Boto3 missing from sas environment

I haven’t checked other environments, but boto3 is required by astroquery when requesting data from AWS and boto3 doesn’t come pre-installed in the sas environment.

I’ll make sure they’re installed into the Fornax-Hea image environments - I’m not sure when it will propagate onto the Fornax system though, so you may have to keep installing it yourself for the time being.
