When asking for help or reporting a problem, please try include as much of the following information as is relevant so that we are better able to respond:
- Location within Fornax where the issue occurred (e.g., running a notebook in JupyterLab in the
python3
environment, editing your profile on this Forum, etc.). - Actions you were performing when the issue occurred.
- Expected behavior (what you anticipated would happen).
- Observed behavior (what actually happened).
- Additional context that might help (e.g., if you successfully completed the same task on a previous occasion, including the date and time and any circumstances that were different).
- Error messages, logs, or other relevant output that was generated.
- Web browser (name and version) you are using (e.g., Chrome 125.0.64422.142).
- Date and time (with timezone) when the issue occurred.
